This effort was to develop, integrate, and deliver twenty-eight (28) Operational Test Program Sets (OTPSs). Each OTPS is comprised of ATLAS source code, interface and self-test hardware, and associated documentation, to support testing of 28 F/A-18 avionics units on the U.S. Navy's Consolidated Automated Support System (CASS) automated test equipment.
