SYECON 3D (Synthetic Environment Control)
SYECON 3D is a unique solution providing real-time command, control, and monitoring of real and simulated tactical scenarios. SYECON 3D gives the simulation instructor the ability to control scenarios directly from a rich three-dimensional view, providing unprecedented situational awareness and user-friendliness. The simulated environment uses terrain database generated from elevation data (DTED), raster layers (GeoTIFF, JPG2000), and vector data using GEB tool, ensuring one-to-one correspondence with all simulators in a given exercise. Features provided by SYECON 3D include:
- Effective tactical scenario visualization and monitoring
- Electronic warfare: sensor envelopes, weapon effectiveness, target locks
- Tactical communications: MIDS, ATHS, IDM, Link-22
- Tactical events: launch events, countermeasures deployment
